Capitol Hill Bureau is a radio service provided by Public Radio International to create a cooperative news bureau of various public radio stations. The news reporters from various stations report on pending national legislation and how it affects their area, giving the listener in-depth coverage of national issues.

This disc was created as a demo for the service, and was distributed at a public radio conference. Working under an extremely tight schedule, DCI pressed and shipped this disc to the conference on time.
