1) Designate a single station contact person. This will be the person to whom PRS will come to with questions, and will be the only person from the station that PRS will accept instructions and data from. From experience we strongly recommend that everything involved with managing this mailing list be filtered through a single source to avoid errors, omissions and double mailings. 2) Send PRS list of subscribers with start and stop dates. PLEASE NOTE: Names and address provided by our clients are considered proprietary information of that client. PRS neither rents nor sells provided addresses. Further, PRS considers this information confidential and does not share client information with other clients. 3)
PRS transfers the names into its master database, in the process 4) Based on provided information, PRS creates start and stop dates for each entry. These may not exactly correspond to the provided dates, as entered names may have to wait for the next mailing.
1) PRS counts all the active names on the fifteenth of the month, and does a product order based on that figure.
